PostPrime 子どもの安全基準

PostPrime（運営：PostPrime株式会社）は、児童の性的虐待と搾取（CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）を一切禁止しています。児童の性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）の投稿・共有・要求を含む、子どもを危険にさらすあらゆる行為を認めません。

本基準は、PostPrime 投稿ポリシー（https://help.postprime.com/hc/ja/articles/4403551479183）および利用規約（https://help.postprime.com/hc/ja/articles/4405379912207）の一部です。

禁止する行為

  • 児童の性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）や、児童を性的に扱う画像・動画・文章の投稿、共有、保存、要求
  • 性的な目的で未成年者に接触し、信頼関係を築こうとする行為（グルーミング）
  • 未成年者に性的な画像を送らせる、または画像を使って脅迫する行為（セクストーション）
  • 児童の人身取引や性的搾取を助長、宣伝、勧誘する行為
  • その他、児童の性的虐待や搾取につながるあらゆる行為

通報の方法

PostPrime アプリ内から、違反のおそれがあるコンテンツやユーザーを通報できます。

  • 投稿：投稿のメニューから「投稿問題をレポートする」
  • コメント：コメントのメニューから「コメントを通報する」
  • ユーザー：プロフィールのメニューから「ユーザーをレポートする」

違反への対応

CSAE や CSAM を確認した場合、当社は速やかに以下の対応を行います。

  • 該当コンテンツの削除
  • 該当アカウントの利用停止
  • 法令に基づく関係当局（警察等）への通報、および必要に応じた NCMEC 等の関係機関への報告

当社は、児童の保護に関する日本の法令（児童買春、児童ポルノに係る行為等の規制及び処罰並びに児童の保護等に関する法律 等）および適用されるすべての法令を遵守します。

PostPrime Child Safety Standards

PostPrime (operated by PostPrime Inc.) strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not tolerate any content or behavior that endangers children, including posting, sharing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

These standards form part of the PostPrime Posting Policy (https://help.postprime.com/hc/ja/articles/4403551479183) and Terms of Service (https://help.postprime.com/hc/ja/articles/4405379912207).

Prohibited conduct

  • Posting, sharing, storing, or soliciting CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Grooming: contacting minors to build trust for sexual purposes
  • Sextortion: coercing minors into sending sexual images or threatening them with such images
  • Promoting, advertising, or soliciting child trafficking or sexual exploitation of children
  • Any other conduct that leads to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children

How to report

You can report content or users within the PostPrime app:

  • Posts: select "投稿問題をレポートする" (Report post) from the post menu
  • Comments: select "コメントを通報する" (Report comment) from the comment menu
  • Users: select "ユーザーをレポートする" (Report user) from the profile menu

You can also contact us via the "PostPrime Policy/Guideline Violation Report" form (https://help.postprime.com/hc/ja/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360008586376).

Our response

When we identify CSAE or CSAM, we promptly:

  • Remove the content
  • Suspend the account(s) involved
  • Report to the relevant authorities (such as the police) as required by law, and to organizations such as NCMEC where applicable

We comply with Japanese laws on child protection, including the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
